Solitude Arch

Solitude Arch is a typical tassilian opening formation about 8.0 meters span. The arch is located on Ouan-Saken site 800 meters southeast of Ouan-Saken Arch on Tassili National Park, Algeria. Photo taken at sunset during a 20 days trip across the remote and seldom visited area of Meddak on october-november 2007 with a seven dromedaries caravan as logistics. GPS 25° 10.304  9° 20.516
