FR-95. This attractive natural arch is located near the side of the road D141 between the village of Cassis and the village of La Ciotat in Bouche du Rhône department of France. The opening has an estimated span of 12 meters. The arch is situated close to the grotto of Terrevaine hence the name. It is interesting to note that opening is eroded in two types of rock formation. The base is on conglomerate and the arc of rock is on limestone. Since 2012, this area is incorporated on Les Calanques National Park included Cap Canaille, the highest cliffs on the whole french coast which rise 400 meters above sea level. The arch is located by black spot at Pont Naturel (Natural Bridge) on IGN topographic map Top 25 number 3245 east La Ciotat. However, it is not a true natural bridge but an arch.
